All replies greatly appreciated in advance.
We stayed at Hotel Adrian- I do recommend it. It has a great breakfast included, and a rooftop area with pool & view of Acropolis. It is in good area called Plaka, within walking distance of the Acropolis and other interesting places.
There are triple rooms available, and children under 6 stay free.
Have a look at the website:
Hotel Solomou and Hotel Filoxenia are 2' away from the Archeological Museum but apart from that the area isnt nice to be around when the sun goes down (full or junkies etc).
Joker and Economy Hotels is in bad area near Omonoia square.
try to book a hotel near Syntagma square, in Plaka area etc It's more expensive but safer for a family and child.
