When we arrived the room we were assigned was not on the top floor. It was so small that we could not both walk around the ends of the twin beds at the same time. Again we asked to be provided with the room we had been promised. We pointed out that we had made the reservation in February (it was now June). The receptionist told us that we should have asked for the room we wanted by number. She told us that the woman who has sent us the emails had made a mistake and was no longer working at the hotel.
We asked to speak to the manager & were told he was not available. We left the hotel and found a lovely one across the street (The Palazzo), which we highly recommend).
Didn't stay so cannot comment other than to say the location is good but there are much better options on the same street, e.g., The Palazzo.
