Archaeological museum of Chania by haiamisa
The archaeological museum is located in an impressive building which used to be the church of the Venetian monastery of St. Francis. The museum is not big, you will not get tired of walking, but it has many interesting items of the history of Chania and Crete from the Neolithic period till Roman times. Several items/areas were unpublished and it was forbidden to photograph them.Entrance fee 2 EUR.
