"no name" rented house: Emporios: a great place to stay, part II
You drink your cold frappe coffee out in the balcony and 5 meters away is the sea water... We stayed in a "house for rent" accomodation, which we found asking at the mini - market of the area. The house was very big, family size, big kitchen, big balcony and the price was this of a regular double room.
Emporios is a really small village (I'd guess less than 100 people). There are not many houses to rent just in front of the sea - I think there are just two of them alltogether (and the other one is good as well). You may ask in a shop of the village (there are not many of them either) - the MiniMarket at the corner worked well for me :)
So, can you really believe this place?

The view is panoramic; The Aegean Sea and the shores of Asia Minor lay at the feet of our fully equipped rooms. Our hotel is ideal for families and those seeking a quiet carefree stay in a natural environment with a beautiful view.

Unique Quality: Our resort has studios and apartments for one to five persons. Each room is air-conditioned (or fans, alternatively). They are also equipped with a television, telephone, safe-deposit, single/double bed, dressing table (for personal effects, cosmetics or laptop), luggage space and closet, WC with hot water 24h a day, kitchenette, and front and back balcony with view.
