Lovely hotel with gorgeous views :)
Great owner/manager, fantastic room, cosy front reception + lounge to watch some TV & chat with the owner.
There are various room types; the ones on the higher floor high wonderful tall ceilings with character.
The doors to the balcony have good shuttering, thereby keeping noises out. Believe me, at night it is noisy in Delphi, you can hear music & revellers in the distance if you're out on the balcony
Unique Quality: Huge rooms, good decor & furniture.

You can see a lovely little village in the middle of nowhere, towards the foot of the valley, near the Gulf! It looks enchanting at night as it's lit by the houses in that cluster.
Sunsets are gorgeous when viewed from the balcony, with the sun disappearing between the mountains over the Gulf.
Sunrise is equally picturesque, lighting up the ancient sites from the other side!
Breakfast is served in the basement, buffet-style; the manager fixes your teas & coffees though. Selection is on the basic side.

Good budget priced hotel
I stayed two nights in the Pan Hotel while in Delphi. Oddly enough when I got off the bus from Meteora I had initially intended the Pan as my first pick for accommadations as recommended by my guidebook (Rough Guide). As soon as I got my bag, I was approached by the usual hassler you get in towns like Delphi, attempting to get you to go their hotel. Pleasantly enough this guy was hoping the to drag me off to the Pan no less.
Unique Quality: It was not great but it did have nice balconies which offered excellent views of the valley and gulf. The rooms are very clean and some have baths. About 50m from the hotel is a nice patio/bar type place where you check out the views for the cost of a beer.
