Orange rolling...
I know I have mentioned this gentleman already, but hey, it's tough writing about local customs for a town you got bored visiting. Ma Kettle loves visiting churches, but Pa Kettle goes under protest...
This old gent amuses himself regularly, by rolling perfectly good oranges down the long, winding hill, past unsuspecting tourists like us, watching from undercover as it makes it's way past our toes, and down and around the bend in the hill. Remnants of previous attempts were noted by yours truly, a quarter of a mile down the hill and past two rather sharp turns.
Hey, I was intrigued, give him an 'Atta Boy' for entertaining Ma Kettle and I as we waited (forever) for our bus home.
