We have visited Lefkada 3-4 times and we have explored the whole island! in my opinion, it has some of the best beaches in whole greece!
Rouda Bay hotel is exactly in front of the wonderful beach of poros! This beach is our favorite!!! An amazing family business, immaculately clean and so friendly. It offers spacious room full equipped and i think reasonable prices.
There is a beautiful garden, a nice greek taverna with local food and the local speciality "pita guros". I used to eat one every evening!
Choose the penthouses, spectacular view!
They have only 7 studios with kitchenette, tv sat, air cond.
The rooms are first floor on the restaurant balcony, u are In the sea!
We spent there 7 days in late september and we whas the only guest in the studios....all for us! In the morning we wake up with the 'noise' of the waves and we did breakfast looking the sea 20 meters under us! Very quiet place in low season, we don't know in August!
We had the possibility to go in the nearest beach bar, Sea-J ( of the other brother) where u can swim in the free swimmingpool if u are scared from the big wave...my Nina loved the waves so we spent only some hour but is a nice place.
The restaurant under the room is good, full of all main greek dishes!
You have a room in the sea!
Kathisma Beach have some facilitation, showers and bars and a big parking!
Nikos Ghourzis, the owner of Aris Apartments is a doctor in Preveza (20 km). He had a family house in Lygia, along the east coast road from Lefkada to Nidri and Vassiliki, with and a very steep piece of land behind. He has built four villas, each with three apartments, for renting. It has a fabulous view on the port. It is very clean, with marble soils and wide terraces.
A clean and friendly place located right on the beach, the views from here were stunning (see Skorpios on my tips...That view is taken from our room).
We booked through UK tour operator Golden Sun, the accommodation was excellent and when I return to Lefkas I will stay here.
There is no pool, but its located directly on the beach so there really isnt any need for one.
Theres a restaurant which is very good, and they have various themed nights throughout the week that usually finish with Greek Music.
