Pyrgos Hotel Mytilini
"Pyrgos of Mytilene" is a special place. Build in the Sourada area of Mytilene in 1916 by the architect Ignatios Vafiades, in Second - Empire style. In 1985 it was carefully renovated devoting great attention to its historical details and has operated as a luxury hotel since August 1999. Each of the hotel's 12 deluxe rooms has its own unique style, blending soft colours and fabrics with fine period furnishing and a wonderful view to the garden and the Aegean Sea. The entire building presents a romantic atmosphere wich takes one back in time to the nostalgic 19th century.
