Skiathos has some of the best beaches in Greece, such as Megali Ammos, Achladies, Tzaneries, Banana, Mandraki, Lalaria and Koukounaries, considered to be the most beautiful in Greece.
There are all kinds of water sports available at most beaches and even a diving centre.
I am a great lover of all the Greek islands, and, previously, especially so, Kefalonia but on return from Skiathos i have to say this is the most beautiful place in the world I have ever visited. The scenery, beaches and people are all to die for!
