How do you get from the Chania airport to Rethymnon cheapest? Is there a bus that goes directly?
No direct bus. Bust from airport to Chania cost about EUR 1 and bus from Chania to Rethymnon cost about EUR 6.
There we very few public buses from the airport to Chania. We missed it and had to take a taxi. Try to get out fast from the airport, and don't be distracted by the tourist buses. From Chania there are lots of buses to Rethymno. Rethymno was a stop on the bus to Heraklion - if you're waiting to hear the destination announced or you read the sign on the bus.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner... No matter when you want to have a crepe, go to Haris Creperie. Without any doubt, the best crepes I have ever had. About 50 different kind of crepes!! They are really big. One crepe is enough for two people. Clean, cheap and good service! Crepe Nº 23!!! Delicious!!!! Chicken, tomato, cheese and mustard sauce.
