Visit VeriaAfter a rating i got from Aspasoulitsa i thought it was i good idea to write about this small town about 70kms from Thessaloniki. It is a nice old city situated at the slope of a mountain. The most amazing thing about this town is its 'beach' as it is usually called. Nop, you can't swim there. Nop, it doesn't even have a sea. Yeap, it has a promenade. It's like walking by the seaside only that instead of the sea there is the valley of Veria. Also if you go towards the hospital of Veria, you will find the forest where you can have a pic-nic. Hey, Aspasoulitsa! Am i right on this or my memory fails me again?
