Studios Caldera: Fabulous View
This was a spacious relatively sparsely appointed hotel room that was very large, absolutely more than adequate, and with a stunning, incredible view. Your room has a private patio right on the edge of the caldera.

Nikos Apartments: Recommended by TripAdvisor
This is one of the most highly recommended hotels on TripAdvisor, the respected community review website for travel. The ratings are earned, I think, by a winning combination of really cheap prices, decent location, and very nice rooms.
The only complaints we had were small - there was no rack to hang our towels on in the bathroom, so we had to hang our things off the balcony. Still, unlike other hotels in this price range, they carefully replace all your towels for you every day, so not much to worry about here. Also, the room was a fairly long walk from the caldera, but that made our nights very peaceful, and we can't really complain.
The price is unbeatable - 30EURO for a private room with a private bath, a balcony with sea views, and amenities including a mini-kitchen and maid service.

Camping Santorini: CAMPING in SANTORINI
This Camping ground has got some shade and modest facilities, But It is a LONG way from the nearest beach. This place is 400 Ms from Paletia Theotokopoulou.
For Adult Price is 5.9 Euros and for Tent price is 2.7 Euros.
There is a self service restaurant and a pool. Be careful when buying the drinks on the pool in high summer season.

Youth Hostel "Anna": YH in Perissa beach
I think this can be a good choice in Santorini. Cheaper than the YH in Firà, you'll have access to a... smaller amount of nightlife, but you're closer to the beach.
Maybe alternate some days here and in Firà.

International Youth Hostel in Thira: Thira Youth Hostel
Really well located, this youth hostel is clean and very welcoming, and the famous youth hostel friendly atmosphere is breathing ou there. The hostel keeper, a cool and kind rastaman, will always be here to help you and cooks great spaghettis for 3 Euros only, and they taste fine!
For you lovers, you can alos get a double room there so you don't sleep in a dorm if you want some intimity...
I really recomend this place...
Friendliness, nice terrace, cheap, good incorporated restaurants, just in the centre, good reception with kindness, spaghettis for cheap...so much reasons to stay there...

Hotel, pensions and youth hostels
It will be difficult to find a nice one if you come at the high season -July, August-although you won't be left on the street. I would suggest the first days of June or September. Then you can select an appartment at the west side of the island, especially at Fira or Oia, whith that increadible view. There is also an organised camping at Perissa (south-eastern) if you dont't care for the view.
Those at the west side of Fira or Oia start at 50$/day
(two bedded) and can reach 250$ (****). Elsewere is much cheaper.
And donn't be fooled that there is always a warm weather. Autumn can be very windy!
