The swimming-pool, and Parts of the Kyme-Building. by belabiah I stayed at the K-Hotels late in October 2005. At this time of the year, only Kyme and Kohili were still open. The hotels share a common swimming-pool, as well as restaurant and breakfast-room. My room was equipped with an old-fashioned double-bed, SAT-TV (only 7 channels though), a hairdryer and private facilities as shower and WC. There were two radios as well in the room, but both didnt work. Some, but definitely not all rooms of the hotels have seaview. Mine didn´t have. The breakfast was not bad, but very basic, consisting of bread (two different types), butter, one kind of cheese and one kind of sausage, some cereals, hard cooked eggs, some different marmelades as well as honey and some juices. There were no surprises, unfortunately. If you have the same cheese everyday during a holiday of five days - this is boring! The staff was friendly and helpfull all the time. About the restaurant I cant say anything, as I didnt use it. There is a nice, sandy beach located close to the hotel, but for reaching it you had to use a way, which appearantly lead through private property. I am not sure, if this would be possible in summer. For reaching the city, one needed to walk around 10 Minutes along a road without pavements. As there was many traffic, I decided to take a taxi nearly every evening I came back from town - given the hazardous style, some people there (Mostly tourists, I assume...) drive it seems to be quite dangerous at night. And the taxi back to the hotel only costs 3 Euro. (As a taxi to the airport costs 7 Euro, ask for the hotels own shuttle-bus when arriving and departuring - that service only costs 3 Euro as well...)
