Mykonos was our 2nd last port of call on a 2 month holiday having a roomy comfortable apartment to relax in was fantastic. Villa Konstantin was brilliant value for money. The views were stunning. It's a 10 minute walk from the centre of town (3.50 euro cab fare). Highly recommended

Wonderful views and hosts at Villa Konstantin

We stayed in the charmingly authenic-to-Mykonos-architecture studio suites at Villa Konstantin for four nights and enjoyed it very much. The views from our porches was beautiful! This is a great place to stay if you like to have a bit of a kitchen and want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town, which is about ten minutes away on foot (not a route for anyone with ambulation concerns, however). By the time you get there you have seen a small working farm, met lots of Mykonos cats, and walked through a typical Mykonos neighborhood organized around several flights of steps! Return by taxi is currently 3.50 Euro and you will want to do that unless you are in good physical condition and like a steep uphill climb - we walked up several times. Our hosts, Dimitri (a Mykonos native)and Sharon (originally from the north of England) were very gracious and helpful - met us at the airport and provided lots of local information. Their daughter, dogs, and cats are fun, too! They arranged a very reasonably priced car rental for touring the island and can make other types of special arrangements as well. This is a wonderful place to stay on Mykonos and very reasonably priced!
Quiet and friendly

I stayed at Villa Konstantin for 2 weeks, so meanless to say I enjoyed it very much. My studio was very large and had a kitchen + nice bathroom. I was looking for a quiet place and that is exactly what I found at Villa Konstantin. Great hosts (Sharon and Dimitri), easy parking just across the street. Wonderful views. If you are looking for a quiet time it is the perfect place to go. If Villa Konstantin had a place where people can get together (pool, bar, patio, breakfast, etc) it would be even better!

The Villa Konstantin was the 1. Accommodation when the island hopping of us 4 women. We thank
Sharon and Dimitri for their friendly assistance,
for those information and the recommendations on
Paros, Naxos and Santorin.
The plant of the Villa Konstantin is beautiful with view on the sea. The rooms are clean and ech day are cleaned. Since we were with backpack on the way, we did not have food supply also. The descent of the mountain in the morning (10 minutes) into the city for breakfast was equal sport and it made fun for us. It was very nice hear.
Great location, beautiful rooms, great hosts

We recently spent three wonderful days in Mykonos at the Villa Konstantin. Demitri and Sharon were helpful in planning our visit and even took us grocery shopping when we arrived. The location is terrific and the rooms are clean and complete. The rooms could accommodate 4 people and had a refrigerator, kitchen table and hotplate. This was our favorite apartment in our 17 day visit to Greece!

It's been a year since our trip to Greece, but I can't stop thinking about Villa Konstantin. Dimitri was SOOOOO great. I could not believe we were getting that kind of service for 70 Euros... and we only stayed one night. He made us feel like we were his only guests all summer long. Great place. Not fancy, but clean and nice and a great bargain.

Five Star Service

We started our trip to Greece at the Grande Bretagne Hotel in Athens, our second stop was the Villa Konstantin in Mykonos. Our plane was delayed but we were met at the gate by Dimitri. He picked up our group of seven in his Mercedes Van and gave us a wonderful overview of the Island. The hotel is in a peaceful location on top of the hill overlooking the water. I enjoyed the exercise every morning walking into town...it got us into shape for hiking the Samarian Gorge later on our trip. We walked back up to the hotel most of the time for a bit of a cardio challenge, but we took a cab ride for 3,50 euro when we had groceries to carry. I am recommending this hotel to everyone I know for these reasons;
1. The service was the best we had while in Greece. Dimitri clearly loves his hotel and takes care of his guests. We lost one of our party the day we were leaving on the way to the Catamaran, Dimitri went off to try and help us find her. He gave excellent recommendations for beaches, day trips, etc.
2. The hotel is clean and comfortable. This hotel is not the Grande Bretagne, but for the price this hotel is a wonderful bargain.
3. For a large party or family trip this is the place to base your trip. We made breakfast every morning and sat on our patio enjoying the view. It was nice to have a kitchen!.
4. Mykonos is supposed to be one of the most expensive Islands...but with what we saved in accomodations, it turned out to be one of the most affordable for our large family group.

I was for the second time in mikonos and for the second time in villa kostantin. Dimitri(when he doesn't sleep) and sharon are wonderful and nice people. The rooms are very nice and clean and the silence is perfect to relax yourself. It's really a lovely place... go there.
Friendly and generous owners!

The owners Dimitri and Sharon are excellent and the villas have a nice view, terrece and bed.
I've never had such a professional and friendly experience traveling. Our flight from Athens was 4 hours late, Dimitri was there to pick us up without having to call him. The airline lost our luggage so Dimitri helped us talk to the right people, he and his wife called the airline right away the next morning, they took us out to the airport to fill out the forms to get reimbursed, and took us back to the hotel. They did all of this without us haveing to ask for it. What hotel does that?
They gave us great recomendations on the island and even helped us find a wonderful and inexpensive hotel in Santorini. They drove us to our ferry when we left. That kind of service is invaluable.
There's a short hike down to the town but a taxi back is very inexpensive. It's worth the view and peacefulness.
