A small and rather"unsual"museum, very "modern"in a very "traditional" setting!

On the north shore of the Town of Naxos (Grotta) and on the island of Palatia, there are extensive remains of continuous human occupation from the Neolithic period (5th millenium BC to the present day.This is the place of the Ancient Town of Naxos and the important remains date from the 2nd 1st millenium BC.

Opening Hours: Tuesday till Sunday 08:30-15:00. Monday closed.

The entrance is free of charge.
