a little gem in paros
we stayed here in early september 2009.
the season was just ending so it was very peaceful(what we like!) and also not too hot ,although still in high 20s(celcious).
we found the hotel online before we arrived and had booked that way.when we arrived in paros we rented a car and drove there and although the roads in paros are typical island roads the scariest part was definately the turn off for the hotel! but we made it!
we were welcomed by the lady owner of the hotel who is really calm and friendly ...and shown to our lovely room.we had a standard double with sea view.the room is simple and in island style,cool crisp and lovely.
hotel is calm and and tasteful and although it lacks the facilities of some of the bigger hotels,it was just perfect for us!the owners are bery proud of what they have achieved and they should be! breakfast was lovely and relaxed,help yourself.the restaurant is lovely with very tasteful greek food and a great view.coffees, snacks and icecream available whenever.basically nothing too much trouble!
a short 2min stroll to a small secluded beach(no tourist tat) and 2 pools in the complex.
we would reccomend it to anyone and in fact are going back this summer!
paros is a gorgeous island and i cant get enough of it!

Wonderfull example of Greek hospitality
W recently traveled to Greece with two 3 year old's for a Christening. They had gotten married at another larger more lavish hotel close by but preferred this intimate less expensive hotel for this event. We stayed at the hotel and they hosted a party for the event. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. From all the thoughtful details that delighted our hosts for their party to taking care of our large group of sometimes befuddled American travelers. The facility was clean beautiful and comfortable. Even more wonderful was the hotel owner and her family who always had a smile for us and our girls. The location was very comfortable for us and other travelers that we met who were getting around my bus enjoyed the location as well. We were greatfull to be somewhat distinced from some of the more touristy areas but not too removed from places to poke around. Of course the food was so good at Boudari and with the pool, beach, playset and other amenities it was often hard to pull ourselves away to explore the island.
