Afrodite studios: Basic and friendly with Lindian beds!

These are just up a path in Elies village - it's well position for the village tavernas and for 2 beaches.

The rooms are incredibly basic - and the beds had traditional concrete bases - we ended up putting the mattress on the floor to sleep together as the beds were single and immovable. The room did have a little portable fan as there was no ac. Outside the room was a concrete patio area to sit in the evenings. The apartments had a nice clean pool and a pool bar at the side where you could order breakfast if you liked. Once a week there was a greek night barbecue. The owners were very friendly and generous with the peach snaps.

Traditional beds and a great pool area - very friendly owners.

Pantelli's: Basic But Nice

I seriously doubt this place will have remained the same after all these years.We found it to be a great place, although the rooms were basic and we shared bathroom facilities. These were situated outside on a terrace, with rooms positioned around the terrace.
We had a small balcony where we would enjoy the view from.

The best feature of the rooms was the shared outdoor kitchen. Although small, it was very well equipped, no doubt from people leaving behind what they couldn't be bothered to take with them on their travels.
One evening, we had bought what we thought were frozen chicken pieces. Turned out, we were stewing chicken necks and giblets!!!Not a very luxurios meal!!!
Another night, we cooked and cooked and cooked and cooked and cooked some stewing meat. Goodness knows what it was as it just wouldn't tenderise!!! Tough as old boots.Another great meal!!!
