Sounds like you have got yourself a good one! more reviews can be found at: http://www.holidays-uncovered.co.uk/greece/rhodes/faliraki/millenium-apartments.html
I went to Faliraki years back - my first ever holiday with mates (and without my parents)... it was brilliant. The resort's nice and the beach is lovely, so I'm sure you'll have a great time!
PS. If 'Lebel' fast food is still there (it used to be close to the end of the main strip nearest the beach), give it a try, the burgers there were awesome (don't know if Alberto still runs it but he's lovely, so be nice to him if he's there!)!

I'm not sure if it not too late for my answer but try Haniotis Studios - right in the very street-corner of Faliraki. 2* studios, clean, AC, ok. I've just came back from there. The owner is a British lady.
However my opinion about Faliraki is not so brilliant - it's not Greece, it's more like mini-LasVegas by the sea side. THere's no traces of Greece. To find Greek culture, food, people etc. you must drive or take a bus to Lindos. It's even cheaper but FAR more beautiful; double room in Faliraki (very centre) = 50Euro, triple room in Lindos (very centre) = 30Euro. No travel agencies, just charter plane and provate room right from an old Greek lady. And Lindos view - one of the most beautifull towns (villages?) I've ever seen - Greece Itself! Have a nice holiday:) Greets, Anna.
Travel Tips for Rhodes (Island)
The marina
by Djinn76
Not always obvious to find a place in this overcrowded harbour. This famous island attracts lots of sailors. On the other end the public bathrooms are a real pity: only two men showers for the whole harbour and it’s about time to renovate them.
I hardly understand that, either most of the yachts anchoring here have comfortable private bathrooms or most of them are simply empty, waiting to be rented…
Greek Vocabulary
by Kamen_mali
A few Greek word always come in handy ...
Good morning/Good day=Kaliméra; Good evening/Good night=Kalispéra, Kaliníca; Goodbay=Yá sas; Please=Parakaló; Excuse me=Me sinchórite or Signómi; Thank you=Efcharistó
Lovely views, fresh seafood
by kbr61263
A visit to kameiros skala and Kritinia castle.
some lovely seafood resturants, two in kameiros skala itself, both of which we tried. Althaimeni is the busiest and most expensive, but it has a huge tank of lobsters and i would say its still good value. we had a big platter of fish with 2 lobsters and plenty of the trimmings. with 2 beers the bill was nearly €100, free watermelon for dessert.
across the road the fare is a little simpler but very good value, we had a fish platter there (NOT the same day) for about half the price including a bottle of wine and beers.
Just south of the village is a lovely little cove (see picture 2), take a fork right signposted for Kritinia castle, and then right again (says beach/ resturant). parking at the bottom for a dozen cars, a shingle beach with lovely clear wtaer. great for snorkelling. it has the usual shower and little changing cubicle.
On up the road to the castle, you must go for sunset!!! An old lady will stop you close to the castle and try to sell you a bag of cold drinks. we said no because we wanted to stop and sit on the way back down. that was a great decision. Her drinks were as cheap as any supermarket, and she brought us grapes and peaches for free as we tried to chat (without sharing any language) She also does coffee (greek) and souma (grappa)
Folk Art
by Balam
Not all craftwork in Greece is mass produced in factories. Hand-made creations by traditional artisans maintain a high standard and a remarkably low price. Styles in wood carving, fabrics, lace and embroidery obviously differ considerably from north to south and from the islands to mountain villages on the main land. The major cities and towns have craftwork from all over the country. It is a good idea to look at the range and price of goods there to compare with what you might find in villages.
In any case, the first stop before you go out to buy anything should be the folk art museums where you will see the best of regional production. Most museums will also have excellent shops with knowledgeable assistants to advise you, though the range of goods may not be as wide as you will find in bazaars and specialist shops.
While driving around look out for roadside Karamika (pottery shops), jewlers and local produce for some great bargains.
Rhodes taxis
by Englischer
Occasionally when you wait for a bus into Rhodes town an empty taxi may stop and offer to take you into town, that being his empty return journey from his previous fare, sometimes they will slow down and flash their lights at you. If this happens you will have to agree a fare which in our case was the bus fare of 1.80 euros each rounded up to 4 as opposed to the normal 6 euro taxi fare. If they want more than the bus fare do not go unless your desparate.
Warning, Rhodes taxi drivers do not like going into the Old Town. If you are in an Old Town hotel unless the staff can help, be prepared to walk to the Mandraki taxi station.
