Friends and alcohol

My best friend, Kayleigh, got so drunk one night that she locked me out of our room. It had resulted from us having seperate lifts back from a club. She got in before me and forgotten all about me and gone straight to bed leaving me with no keys, not even the back door open. I was so embarressed although it was about 3 in the morning, i felt so bad when i had to go and ask the night guard to let me in. I had explain the whole episode to him. What a nightmare. Fondest memory is dancing with Kayleigh and having that holiday feeling that being there gives you. And meeting all of our new friends, Yannis, Antonis, Tsambuca,Theo, George, Lukius, Nick, Michalis, Pedros and my boyfriend Stefanos.

Siana - A Village in the Mountains

This is a small village up in the mountans and is famous for honey and the local wine Souma. I suggest you to go here by car and have lunch at one of the small restaurants since it's a little cheaper here.
Greek Night

Most tour operators will offer you an excursion called "Greek Night", you will be transported from your resort by coach, and taken to a village in the mountains.
At ours we enjoyed various courses of Greek food, dancers in traditional dress, free flowing very strong wine and ouzo!
If you have not been on a Greek Night before I would certainly recommend it!
Taxis

Taxis are plentiful in Rhodes Town to all the major places of interest abd beaches. They have a fixed price charge so check the board for you fare and where you can go - enlarge the pic to see better.
