"Stalis - Great beach & good location"
Stalis is a commercial resort, but it has hidden gems. Everyone has their own ideas of the perfect holiday, but if you want a beach resort, it's got great beaches. If you intend hiring a car to see more of the island, Stalis is a great location, minutes from the main road running east-west across the north of the island.
There is a wide range of restaurants, but it's very hard to know the good from the not so good until you try. Fortunately, most of the restaurants have someone stood outide it, to tell you that "this is the best restaurant" . The first time, you almost feel grateful, you don't have to look any further. Tempting as it is to walk straight in, it's the first restaurant you've come to on your first night, at the shoreline of a sea of restaurants.
