Location...location...location!
This was a small apartment/efficiency type place. It is located on the Pest side, across the street from the New York Cafe. Located just a few steps down the street is the metro. Across the street is the #7 stop for the Hop on/ Hop on Tour bus.
Pros: Location, small kitchen, washer, price, everything located near by
Cons: No elevator/ 3 flights of steps. Has an odd smell but can be overlooked for the price (bring air freshener!)
