First of all, airport/train station pickup is available. Edgar, the person in charge of the properties, will pick you up for 17 Euros in one of his Mercedes. He will drive you around to give a quick tour of the city and then drop you off at your residence in Budapest. You will have to pay on the spot and may require a 50 Euro security deposit.
To book or check availability, email David. He is based in Rome. You can also get info on the website.
At my location, we were located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor. The rooms were amazing. We had a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom including a washing machine, and 2 large rooms with high ceilings and lofts. You could easily sleep 5 or 6 people in there on the 3 beds and couch. There was also a TV and VCR.
Rates are very reasonable. They go from 15 to 30 Euros per person per night depending on season, number of people, and length of stay per person.
The only negative was the homeless people sleeping in the lobby of the building by the lift, but they don't bother anyone.
