Budapest Apartments

Accommodation was cheap and well located in the centre, at Szentkirályi utca 5, near Rakozi street. When we moved in we were unpleasantly suprised that we received a room for two persons, though we reserved and agreed about room for three, also the price was higher than agreed... We received an additional folded bed.
Appartments are clean, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom smelled badly with dampness.

I don't want to stay here again

Unique Quality: near the centre

City Apartments

I stayed in the City Centre Apartments, which was recommended to me by another VT member, HORSCHECK. The location I chose was perfect for me as it was not far from the centre and basically I could walk anywhere from here at day or at night.

Unique Quality: Location and facility, good price for value.

City Centre Apartments

I stayed in an apartment on Szentkiralyi utca 5. The apartment was a double with bathroom. The place was very clean and the people very nice. Don't mind the street, whick looks a bit dark, but the place is ok, especially that it is located 5 minutes walk from the Danube, and very close to the subway station. The price was 42 eur per room (september 2004)

City Centre Apartments

On both of my Budapest trips I stayed in a room of City Centre Apartments. They offer apartments in various areas of the city centre. Most of their apartments and a office are located in Szentkiralyi utca 5. Others are in Dorottya utca 3 and Nefelejcs 4.

Unique Quality: In 2003 I stayed in a single room with private bath in Dorottya utca 3. The room has a window to an off court and the building has a nice inner court yard. In 2004 we had a nice triple apartment in Szentkiralyi utca 5.
