If you want to stay at a hotel a little bit out of the city and non smoking this could be for you. The rooms are clean and tidy. There is a choice of food for breakfast, and English is spoken. It is an easy 20 minute bus ride into the city. The hotel is in an area with good views and expensive properties. The staff are always pleased to see you and will spend time talking too you and give advice. Because it is in a quite area there is not a lot of choice of restaurants during the evenings, though the buses run till about 23.30 hours. They have their own web site and it is cheaper to book via it. There is also a lot of info about the hotel on it. It cost 34 euros a night which is a lot less than the average hotel in Budapest.
Good views, nice quite area, inexpensive compared to other hotels in the city. Some rooms have balconies. Easy bus journey to the city centre. Buses run about every 10 /15minutes.
Directions: Catch a number 8 bus from the terminal close to Ferenciek Tere Metro Station. After about 15 minutes look out for the tramlines on the left. When they finish it is 2 bus stops indicated on the internal bus locator as Oltvany Koz.
The hotel is really lovely and the service excellent. All staff are very friendly and the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Your website is also very good and describes the facilities exactly as they are. When we return to Budapest we will certainly stay with you again and recommend your pension to all our friends.

This hotel is cheap, nice, has two bedrooms, one bathroom ,a kitchen, satelite tv,Brekfast is included in the price.its clean and tidy and relaxing. Not a lot is wrong with it, except one thing. Its in the middle of nowhere.its not in the city but some 20 minutes away(take a number 8 bus).if your looking for a nice relaxing place to stay come here.If your a party animal and want all the bars and clubs and attractions in walking distance dont.
We recently stayed at the Helios Pension. Lovely place out in the hills of Buda and it was very quiet - away from the city noise. We discovered they offer free wireless internet access. Very nice in my opinion.
Great views of Buda. No air conditioning but the breezes make up for it.
