The staff was very cordial and professional. Our room was on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator.
One negative was that their web site advertised laundry service but when I inquired about it, I was given a very negative response. I thought they had machines but was finally told that the service was provided by the same service that does their linens and that it was frightfully expensive. I was dubious about throwing our clothes in with the hotels sheets, etc. so waited a few days until we got to Prague. The young lady did tell me there was a laundromat within a 10-15 min walk but I never checked it out.
All in all I would recommend the hotel as the basic services were quite adequate and the room clean and comfortable. As with many places the breakfast is not the top thing although they did have decent muesli as well as breads, cheese, meats, yogurt, etc.
