very very comfy - Marriott bed esplly

The location is really great - at the touristy Vaci Utca - close to shopping, close to Fatal restaurant, close to Ferencick Sq, and metro..... and best of all the Marriott beds included.

I love the gym as well, and the indoor pool. There is also wifi in the room!!!! - not free though. The breakfast though is a bit disappointing - no hot food at all. But there is a nice sandwich bar next door... and a very old Hungarian restaurant as well.

Luxury Apartments

I stayed at the Marriott Apartments in Budapest for 6 weeks during an international training. You share your apartment wtih another guest, but the rooms are totally seperate. There is a third room (sort of drawing room) between the two bed rooms where you have a shared American kitchen as well. Since we were a group of 24 people, we had 12 apartments and chose our "apartment partners" ourselves.

In the bed room itself you have a huge double bed, equipped with TV, Minibar, etc. In the drawing room you have an extra sofa. And the room service is excellent.

The price is quite high for Hungarian standards, but comparably in the range of a "normal" hotel in Vienna. Back then it was not a hotel where you could just stay for just one or two nights, as they expected a long-term booking for at least one week. But this restriction has been scrapped now and you can also book it for one night or one weekend.

Unique Quality: Perfect location, as it is right in the city centre. The Vaci utca (main shopping street) is just around the corner.

The facilities are excellent as well. In the room you have the usual TV, Minibar, etc. Apart from that you have your own kitchen (shared with another guest). You have a fitness room, a swimming pool and a pick&drop service (if required).

Lovely hotel-perfect for our stay

by TripAdvisor Member Masterpez

How anyone could complain about this hotel, I would have no idea. Our room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and met all the needs of my husband, myself, son and girlfriend. The location was fantastic and steps to the main shopping district in Budapest. Oh, I know what was wrong with the place; no free internet. I will stay at this hotel again and not even consider anywhere else.

The pictures do not lie!

I had high expectations for this hotel after seeing the pictures on the website and reading others reviews. I was not let down! The hotel is in a excellent location for seeing all the main sights of Budapest. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was HUGE! The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast. It was basically just cereal, juice and some average pasteries. This is an excellent hotel and it made our Budapest experience even more enjoyable.

Executive Apartments - OK

by TripAdvisor Member pkbpkb

I had read the reviews about the apartments and the normal Marriott hotel, and on their basis booked in here. The apartment was very nice - small kitchen, small living area and bed&bathroom. Somehow, though, I wished I'd booked into the main Marriott hotel which had a lovely lobby when I went in to ask where the apartments were.
The apartments lobby could do with looking a little more impressive. The front desk staff were ok and it was helpful to be able to use their internet services as my lap top had packed in.
I probably wouldn't go to this hotel again, but that is just because of personal preference for liking the buzzing feeling of people being around me, not the quietness of the aparthotel.

Great location in Pest

Stayed here for a long weekend. Little difficult to find the lobby as it hidden beside an underground carpark. Apartment excellent and slept really well on the bed. Apartment has small dining area with slimline dishwasher, 2 ring stove, microwaye and a breakfast bar, plus lounge area with TV and video player, desk with hookup for Internet, and bedroom with TV and DVD player. Plenty of cupboard space and separate aircon units for the lounge and bedroom. Gym on 5th floor - with good equipment - free weights as well; though the sauna and plunge pool were undergoing renovation and not open. Reception staff were very helpful and could book restaurants and shows. Well located - a short stroll turning right takes you to the Danube, and a short stroll to the left takes you into pedestrianised shopping street Váci Utca. Breakfast very basic, but ok and at least it was a chance to meet the other guests, and it was open until 11am on weekends.

Perfect place to stay if you want an apartment

by TripAdvisor Member bleujeanne

Millenium Court Apartment, in Budapest is the perfect place to stay if you would like a hotel that is more like an apartment. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you'll need to cook any meal, including a dishwasher and refridgerator. The beds are really comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and attractive, and the livingroom is quite comfortable to entertain guests or to just hang out in. The pastries for breakfast were really good. The coffee is good, as are the juices. If you want a more substantial breakfast, you can cook one in your kitchen. The Central Market, a short walk away, is a wonderful place to buy meat, cheese and produce for any meal. All of the staff is very nice and helpful, and the location is perfect for getting around Budapest by public transportation or by foot. I highly recommend staying here. If only the internet was free with the room, but the price was reasonable.

Lovely hotel very comfy beds!!

by TripAdvisor Member charliefarley99

Have just enjoyed and brief one night stay and it was great, everything you could possibly want in a hotel room.
Reception charged my phone, and we had a chocolate santa present in the room. The beds were probably the comfiest I've ever found in a hotel.
Also absolutely loved Budapest, will definitely return for a longer stay, and will definitely stay in this hotel!

great pillows!

by TripAdvisor Member pistols

stayed 3 nights with my wife for her birthday.had booked via internet and had a 1 bed apartment.room was massive.as commented previous beds are extremely comfy.whilst the room was great the place lacks any period interest and is targeted at corporate business types.this is highlighted by the fact you had to endure C.N.N blaring out on an enormous tv with your [basic]breakfast.one last thing;when booking on the internet the advertised rate isnt what you pay.once there you have 'local taxes' added, which in our case was around an extra £20 a night.never did get an explaination of what they were for.

Great Location, Great Staff, Great Hotel

by TripAdvisor Member Rumma

We stayed here with friends from December 16 to 19 in a two bedroom apartment - it was great. The beds were good, the TV in every room a bonus, the kitchen had a dishwasher as well - there was no washing machine as we thought there may be, but this is a small issue. The hotel is in an excellent position to explore, and is close to all shops. The staff were great - I left my phone charger there and they forwarded on to the Marriott in New York without a hitch - I was very impressed and thank them all greatly. Would defiantly stay there again.
