Good Budget Hotel near Keleti
Star Hotel is a good value budget hotel located near Keleti Station. The hotel rooms are simply furnished but are comfortable and have a minibar/fridge and TV. The hotel lobby is comfortable and has bar facilities. A buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room and is fine for those looking for something to keep them going till midday.
One thing that really annoyed me about the room was that the shower head kept falling off - not a pleasant experience during a shower when you get smacked by a falling metal shower head halfway through. Funny thing is when we returned, after an overnight trip to Bratisalva, we were given a different room and had the same problem with the shower in that room too!
Unique Quality: Good location near Keleti Train and Underground Station, Ideal for people arriving into Keleti or planning to travel further afield.

The hotel entrance is well laid out and the rooms are clean and peaceful. Breakfast is included. Arrange a discounted rate at the train station tourist office.
