Anyone know of classes available for conversational Hungarian? Going to be there 6 months so we would like to be able to know what is going on.

Signed up for 2 week intensive class at University of Pecs. Very excited. Perhaps I can write a note in Hungarian.
You never know what you will find next. Pecs is a town of surprise. It never dissappoints. Wandering the streets, we heard music, and followed the sound to this plaza where a band was giving a concert. People kept wandering in, so I don't think it was a planned event with a set time.
Dom ter (The Cathedral Square) is the huge open space in front of the cathedral, it is following by the beautiful park with fountain and sculptures. Besides the cathedral in this area there are various museum, schools and university.
Don't worry if you forget your underwear - you can always get some in this shop on the main square!!!!
Hey it may not be sexy but you could always use it as a tent and go camping for your next trip!
Orfü - a lake up in the Mecsek mountains. I'm sure a lot of tourists go there, but still. You can swim in the lake, or in a pool that is built in the lake. You can also go fishing around there. Beautiful surroundings...
For a more leisurely coffeehouse experience, try the Royal Kávéház, at the corner of Király utca and Széchenyi tér (tel. 72/210-683). There's outdoor seating, but the recently renovated art deco interior makes sitting inside worthwhile. You can also order a more substantial meal here; soups cost 350 Ft to 580 Ft ($1.25 to $2.10), while main courses cost 650 Ft to 980 Ft ($2.35 to $3.50). Casual Pécs offers numerous places to enjoy coffee and sweets. Try Mecsek Cukrászda, on Széchenyi tér (no phone), for a quick jolt of espresso and any number of sinfully good and inexpensive pastries.
