August in siofok
hi guys,
On august I will go to Budapest till 15th and after I'm thinking to go on the lake in siofok...In this period how is the weather? and the beach life&nightlife? It's comparable with greek or spanish life?

Siofok is really nice but not comparable to spanish movida or mediterranean holiday resorts.. by the way don't go in august go now in July cause in Hungary they celebrate the Summer Ending on 19th of August... I did this mistake years ago! I loved the place, its lake, its nightlife but I went the wron month! There are lots of blondies from Germany & Holland..

Yes, 20th August (National Holiday) used to be the season end. Usually by that time the weather is becoming autumnish, and people go back to work.
