Presently I live in a little boarder town called Felsocsatar. This is probably the closest to the Austrian border. There is a mixture of Hungarian, Croatian and German cultures. Up on the mountain is covered in quaint holiday homes and vinyards. There is also a display of some of the original Iron Curtain border remenants and a number of great walks through the forest where the Pinka river runs through. Summer is great with opportunity to swim or fish in the river, attend wine festivals and local harvest festivals.
