Fjordur - Mjoifjordur: If you want to feel as if you own the world

Here you can feel as if you own the whole world as the fjord is very secluded, very peaceful, beautiful weather as it's not windy, fish in the sea and river, clams on the beach (safe for eating), clean sea/beach and the place has the most variety you can find in flora in the whole of Iceland.

The house comes with half a fjord, so no matter whether you grab bed and breakfast or rent the house to yourself you are at the same time renting half a fjord. There is a small fishing boat and you are provided with fishing rod and I promise you will not go out to sea without catching something within a very short time and you do not have to go far, catching fish from a clean un-polluted sea.

Highly recommended.

The house itself has all modern facilites from washing machine to internet, despite being about 30-40 minutes from next town.

Unique Quality: Isn't half a fjord to yourself unique enough? Beautiful views, salmon in the river (august and sept), rich flora, fish in the sea and the mountainhills are covered with blueberries in August/Sept. A dreamlocation you can visit from May to November.
