Miscellaneous Tips, Ballyvaughan, Ireland - Reviews and Hotel Information

We stayed at the Hylands Burren Hotel for 2 nights during our Ireland bike tour. One of the days was our 'rest' day. The desk was staffed with friendly people eager to answer any questions. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast (included with our stay) was the typical large 'Irish breakfast'. The difference here was the pastries. Save room for the chocolate crussants!

Hotel has it's own attached pub. Meals were very good and as I remember, the deserts were even better. The hotel is in the center of the little town of Ballyvaughan. There are shops/pubs and grocery stores nearby. The desk was staffed with friendly people eager to answer any questions. One evening during our stay, a local storyteller entertained in the dining room.
