Room-we booked a double room for 69€ directly with the hotel, there was a queen bed and a single bed in the room, the 3rd time on this trip our room had that configuration. The bed was reasonably comfortable, there was tea service in the room and a hairdryer. Some of the rooms advertised that they had a castle view, I don't believe ours did.

Our rate had breakfast included, it was served buffet style and had eggs, bacon, sausage, juice, toast and a few more items, I think you could make yourself a full Irish breakfast but I really don't dig the white and black puddings or tomato or mushroom for breakfast.
We could have also used the health club had we been so inclined, lots of weight machines, treadmills, bikes, and exercise classes. There was even a squash court.
Blarney Castle was a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, there's free parking in the hotel lot.
