The Rushbrooke Hotel is a beautifully renovated hotel and spa on the river Lee that leads into Cork Harbour. It's out on the edge of Cobh and would probably take 30-45 minutes to walk into the town center or a short taxi ride. The hotel has a lovely dining room with top quality meals on offer with huge portions.
