Negative experience

Negative experience. Great potential under different ownership. No heat in rooms at night. No wifi. Wake up to fire alarms seems every other day. Great pub is hangout for locals, noise keeps one awake until 1am. Every day. Eat and drink here, but stay elsewhere!

  • Opinion of Price: more expensive than average

Great potential ruined

Great food. Great pub. Stay somewhere else. No heat in rooms at night. Sound from pub keeps you awake until 1am every night. No wifi. Won't honor confirmed rates posted on thier website/booking. Morning fire alarm seems common routine, and staff is "i dunno". Owner yells at employees in front of guests.

Unique Quality: Food is great. Pub is full of very friendly locals. Every day. Until 1am.

"Blarney Castle"

A great castle to visit for an afternoon, where you can kiss the blarney stone and explore the amazing landscape, which includes a special area called the fairy glade.

"Cliffs of Mohr"

One of the most visited sites in Europe, for obvious reasons!

"Blarney Castle Hotel"

Typically, I like to stay in local B&B's, but I can highly recommend the Blarney Castle Hotel, which has all the feel of a small B&B with the convienance of being very close to the castle.
