Oideas Gael cottages: Cozy cottage housing with a peat-burning fireplace

If you're in Glencolumbkille you don't exactly have a huge number of options for housing. If you've come to take Irish classes with Oideas Gael, though, I highly recommend the self-catering cottage option. It's both the cheapest and the best of the three housing options they give.

Unique Quality: Your cottage will have two or three bedrooms, a combination livingroom/kitchen, and a small bathroom. Depending on how busy the school is there will probablyt be three to six people staying in each cottage.

The houses are locally owned but used by the school throughout the summer. There are electricity metres in the buildings and you have to feed it euro coins to keep the power on. It's only fair, as you are using someone else's house!
