Sandrock Hostel, Malin Head

The Sandrock Hostel at Malin Head is by far the best hostel I have stayed in so far. It is located right by the side of the sea; from a big window in the common room you have a brilliant view over Port Ronan Pier. The hostel is exceptionally clean and well looked after, and it feels more like staying at someone’s private house than in a hostel, especially the kitchen and the common room. Each bed has its own little reading lamp. The hostel has two 10-bed dorms and one private room for families.
