I found Abberley House quite by accident and have used this Guesthouse above all others when ever I have had to stay over in Dublin. I love the fact that it is in walking distance to the Botanical Gardens. I found the rooms to be very comfortable. The bathrooms are of standard size, not too small and not too large. I was at least able to actually turn around in the shower. They provide Tea & Coffee making facilities, as well as a television and hairdryer in every room.
I have recommended this hotel to everyone who has asked me for a decent, inexpensive place to stay whilst in DUblin. Temple bar, Trinity College, Dublin Bus Headquarters, O'Connell Street, the famous G.P.O building, Dublin castle, Guinness storehouse, Smithfield Village, and Grafton Street are all only 1 mile away.
