the hospitality is grand!

Great (4.0 of 5.0 stars)
by written on May 29, 2010

I have been in Dublin with two of my brothers, my boyfriend and 2 other friends and we have slept in the Amberley Hotel for 5 nights. Its a cute small B&B and very close to the city center of Dublin. But don't worry it is very calm, you nearly can't hear the lively city. The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are great with huge mirrors and very modern. The staff was very helpfully and friendly especially Silvia. So a big thanks to Silvia. In our opinion she is the heart of the B&B. She was always friendly and we could have a little chat, she helped to book the tours we wanted to see and answered every questions we had. The breakfast was always delicious and we loved to sit outside in the little court yard. So we would come back to the Amberley House the next time we will visit Ireland. I really would recommend it. ^^

4 of 5 nights we were able to sit in the court yard in the evening till 9 pm, but the last night it wasn't possible anymore, so I missed a place maybe were people can meet, drink a pint together and have a chat before starting to go and see the nightlife of Dublin. Yeah I know its just a B&B ;)

Unique Quality: The hospitality was grand. We felt we would be very special and very welcome to stay.

Directions: between conolley sation and spire, just few metres to the spire
