Best Accommodation in Dublin's City Centre

This is a quirky spot, and that's why I like it. It's not like an Ibis, or an Accor hotel which has their personality stripped out of them because the content of the rooms came off the same production line as their sister hotel in another city on the other side of the world... this place - the Grafton Guesthouse - is a one-off. It has style. It's located in an amazing old Victorian building which was built back in the 1880s. Yet, it's modern - just refurbishedin late 2004 - and not expensive. Breakfast included too. Definitely the best place I've stayed in Dublin, and I've stayed in a few!

Unique Quality: Victorian Style, dead centre of the city, in a trendy street near great bars and restaurants.

by XtravelloverX

I haven't found much review on this little hotel but it's only 75euros a night for two persons in Feb...anyone have an opinion on the location or rooms?

The location is excellent. Its in a very nice part of the city, Kildare Street. You won't get a better city centre location in Dublin.

Hi there, thanks for your postings. Since I couldn't find enough info on the hotel three months ago to book on, we booked a room at the Grafton Guesthouse, looks great and very reasonable.

Happy travels and Happy New Year,
Dawn

:)
