The first time I stayed here I went with a friend. We had booked a twin room through a travel agent, and hadn't been alerted of any problems.
When we arrived a double room had been allocated, apparently the hotel hasn't any twin rooms. After some complaining we each managed to get a single room.
The hotel itself is based around a popular bar/nightclub "Copperface Jacks" which gets busy and noisy and goes onto 3.00am. Definately not suitable for people who like to go to bed early.
