Reasonably priced and near everything!
We loved this hotel! The staff made our stay very enjoyable and was very interested in ensuring that our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend the Jurys Custom House Inn to anyone traveling to Dublin, Ireland. I think the hotel is very reasonably priced for all that you get and for its very central location.

GETTING THERE:
When you get off the plane, ask for directions to the bus counter. Ask them how to get to your destination. The bus is the best and cheapest way to get from the airport to the city center (20 minutes). We did it with lots of luggage with no problem. Consider buying a bus pass for your stay - a great way to get around.
LOCATION:
It was very close to main bus station (Busaras), the Dart (Dublin Area Rapid Transit local-area train), and Connolly Station (one of the two major train stations connecting Dublin with the rest of Ireland). It is within walking distance (5-10 minutes) of Grafton Street (the major pedestrian shopping street), St. Stephen's Green (the huge park), Temple Bar (restaurant and bar quarter), Trinity College (and the ancient Book of Kells museum), Dublin Castle, and Connollly Street (another major street).
Unique Quality: HOTEL:
It is a nice modern hotel. The lobby has a few places to sit and they frequently served complimentary tea in the lobby. There is a bar and shop near the lobby.
RESTAURANT:
The full Irish breakfast was our favorite thing! The buffet served both hot and cold food. The food was delicious. They also serve a cold buffet only for a reduced price.
ROOMS:
Were comfortable but a little outdated. We had a queen bed and a roll-away bed that converted to a sofa. The room included a coffee/tea center, TV, telephone, and a window that opened. The bathroom was clean and modern with a shower/bathtub combined.
Our room was on the side of the River Liffy. There was definitely traffic noise (especially in the morning). Perhaps it is a good idea to request a room on the other side of the hotel (not facing the River Liffy).
