    This is a fabulous location, right across the street from Christchurch Cathedral so whereever you end up in Dublin, you can always find your way back!! Rooms are a good size and if there are a few of you going, you can get interconnecting rooms so you are right next to each other. Very clean and the bar does a lovely club sandwich, also its open late so alway chance for a guinness nightcap. There is a shop next door and so Im told Dublins best chip shop around the corner!!!

    If your staying on a Saturday night, ask for a quiet room away from the cathedral. Ok it is a lovely view but the bells go off for about an hour to welcome sunday church goers, not very good after a heavy night on the Guinness!!

    Jurys Christchurch Inn - City Centre South Jurys Inns operate a fixed room rate policy of IR£71.00 per night for up to 3 adults sharing or in the case of families with children, 2 adults & 2 children (under 12 years). This rate does not include breakfast. In terms of location, Christchurch is impossible to beat. It is right in the centre close to Temple Bar and directly opposite Christchurch Cathedral. They have a very very stricy policy against stag & hen parties and will strictly vet all 'same sex' groups to ensure that this policy is not being breached. If you are organising a stag / hen party - don't even think about trying it on as they will put you out! In every respect, Jurys Christchurch cannot be beaten for value. For other hotels of similar quality & location, expect to pay over IR£100.00 per room per night. Unfortunately, Jurys Christchurch is very popular and it is very difficult to get availability. To get a room we suggest that you book well in advance, particularly if you are looking to come over at a weekend. (copied from their website)

  • Three of us shared a room here for three nights. The room was basic; two beds, dresser, desk, and bathroom with tub/shower. Our view was of Christchurch Cathedral. You really can't beat the location. Front desk staff were helpful; pointed out things to do and see, and where NOT to walk alone. The service at the bar was awful, but the food/nibbles weren't bad. We also like the price; 99 Euro/night!!

    You can't beat the location, in my opinion!!

    A Dublin VT member recommended this place. We stayed our last night in Ireland here. It was very noisy, the food was awful and the toilet did not work well. The bed was hard and the lift was very tiny. Parking was sublet and so a bit inconvenient because we had to have a bellman open the garage for us early in the morning. There is a good Fish and Chips Place around the corner on Werburgh Street off Christchurch Place but unfortunately we had already dined on awful food from the restaurant at Jury's Inn. A place conveniently located but with a view of project homes from our window.

  • It was because our tour started from here that we spent the night. It was a great location, handy for getting into the "downtown" area, but a lovely place to walk about. The room was big and comfortable. We certainly had no complaint with it.

    Lovely if you got a room with a view over the church, but I'm sure the other views would've been quite nice too.
