There are many bus lines From Dublin Airport and from Dublin City and al other big cities. The main station in Dublin is close to O'Connel bridge. There's also train service. Try the trip to the Aran Islands. Even if very touristic it's marveous. Don't talk any jokes to the local people - they know them all. And they speak a language you do not as well.
