Treated very badly!
Had booked this accommodation almost a year in advance and had sent a deposit. When we arrived there on the appointed day, the reception was closed and we had to phone for assistance mid-afternoon. We were then told that no accommodation was available and no amount of discussion got any polite response from the lady concerned. She just repeated that she could do nothing and told us that we would have to stay in the place down the road. This was a very unpleasant experience and for this reason, I would certainly not recommend the resort. We stayed in the alternative accommodation because we had very little choice.
