Summer prices begin at 335 euros for a deluxe double room and 420 euros for a junior suite (stay at really cheap b&b's the rest of your trip!) Ok, I know that I listed the town of Killarney as a tourist trip. But . . . if you do happen to go there and you want to spoil yourself, spend a night at this hotel. My boyfriend (who worked in Ireland at the time) suprised me with a night in a junior suite. The bedroom was huge with a romantic bed, there was a separate sitting room/library with a fireplace, the bathroom was perfect and there was a separate room with the most fabulous shower.
Killarney's finest
by CraigT about Killarney Park Hotel
The fabulous resort center is right downtown in Killarney. The five star facility lived up to its rating in every aspect. Rooms were great, service was outstanding, the look was very comfortable wealth. Pool and spa were tops. The Killarney Park is across the street from shopping and a block or two from some fine restaurants and pubs. Jaunting carts are a block away. I'm sure prices were high (we were part of group travel and didn't see the bills) but they were all first class.
5 Star Service at the Killarney Park!

We have just returned from the most amazing weekend - ever - at the Killarney Park Hotel. We booked the ‘Spa Indulgence Escape’ package which consisted of 2 nights B&B, 1 evening meal, treatments in "The Spa", champagne & chocolates and staying in a deluxe room. From the moment we arrived, until we left we were treated with outstanding hospitality, genuine warmth, courtesy, fabulous cuisine and facilities. I can understand why "The Spa" has deservedly won international awards as Niamh, Valerie and their colleagues looked after us with such care and attention. The hotel’s facilities are second to none and the staff, who are the primary asset of this hotel, were terrific. Rather than explain in detail all that we experienced – I would say to anyone who may read this – just go to the Killarney Park – you won’t be disappointed!!!
A little bit of heaven!
by TripAdvisor Member ears2u
Rain, snow or sun, the Killarney Park Hotel truly is a little bit of heaven on earth. We enjoyed a two night stay during a recent tour of the Emerald Isle, yet wish our entire vacation had been spent at this fabulous, relaxing oasis. From the moment you are met at the doorstep, you know this is a place unlike any other. First class all the way - a brilliant operation, designed to make the guest feel like he or she is the most important person in the world.
Food was excellent. Service among the best we've encountered. And our room....ahhh...surely this is what heaven might be like!
A lovely stay

Very professional reception staff- was personally escorted to the room- it was lovely with its own sitting area and fresh fruit. Bathroom was large with double sink and dressing gown and slippers
The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
My only complaint was the delay in having our room cleaned on the 2nd day and we had to contact reception.
However, overall it was a pleasant stay with pleasant staff- I would definitely return
Anniversary Bliss

We stayed at the Killarney Park to celebrate our 1st wedding annoversary on the 27th, 28th and 29th of December. I can only say that the hotel was magnificent. From the moment we pulled up in our car outside we were greeted by Hugh who escorted us to check in and parked our car. The hotel is just an oasis of calm. Our room, the bar, the various sitting rooms, the restaurant and all the staff are just out of this world.
We were also lucky enough to have several tratements at The Spa and this was sensational. We left the hotel feeling relaxed, refreshed and pampered. We will certainly return again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an extra special few days.
Legendary hospitality

This hotel is an unpretentious gem. Externally, it's quite ordinary, but that belies its wonderful interior. It's at least on par with the Four Seasons in terms of accomodation, food and service. The breakfast was the best I've ever had. The staff aren't at all obsequious. Instead, you get genuine warmth and hospitality from them. I'm going back!
First Class

We only stayed for 1 night but how we wish it could have been more. This hotel exudes class and they know ho to run a top class hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone goes about their jobs quietly but proficiently. The standard double rooms are large, the beds are the most comfy ever and the breakfast is beaufiful.
The pool is lovely too and really relaxes you after a long day out.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat
Warmth behind the smile
by TripAdvisor Member Northbrook
'Warmth behind the smile' is this hotel's motto and it lived up to its name. From the minute we arrived till we (reluctantly) left we were cocooned in wonderful service. You are escorted to your room by a member of staff, and what a lovely room - overlooking the gardens and beyond to the mountains, bathrobes, slippers, operatic DVDs - and this is only an 'ordinary' room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and how charming they were, especially in the restaurant. The public rooms are so inviting, lots of sofas and comfy armchairs, crackling logs fires and plenty of papers in the library. There is a blissful (though rather expensive) spa and pool attached. This hotel would definitely be my choice on returning to Killarney.
without doubt one of if, not the best Hotels we have ever stayed in
by TripAdvisor Member keston
This is without doubt one of if ,not the best Hotels we have ever stayed in. The service ,the excellent meals ,the attention to detail of all the staff made it a memorable stay.Free recent film DVDs at reception to view on the big screens in the rooms & lovely pool kept our teenagers (14 & 16 happy while we took the local scenic open horse buggy rides over to the lakes.(About a one hour tour for 40 euros, recommended if its not raining and take your camera for the superb views).
When we moved to our next hotel, the excellent 5* Park hotel in Kenmare, the kids demanded to go back to the Killarney Park. The wife agreed with them.Thinking back about it so did I.
