Nice enough
Stayed here twice. Decent enough. By no means a luxury hotel but then it doesn't claim to be. Excellent city centre location. Good brekafasts in the morning and a nice bar downstairs - try the steak sandwich

Stayed for two nights, all we were looking for was a convenient bed while we were with friends and were pleasantly surprised by how good Jurys was for the low price! The large room on the top floor was clean, well appointed and well above expectations after reading some less than enthusiatic reviews on other sites. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and catered for the late arrival of one of the party without any problem.
We last stayed here in November of 2004 and enjoyed it immensely. In the center of town and yet we had a quiet, huge room overlooking the Shannon from the top floor. The general manager was marrying my cousin - so that helped :)
Nothing fancy, but a great deal. 5 stories high. Get the top floor facing the river if you can.
Breakfast on the ground floor was a good value as well - plentiful food and a modest price.
You can walk to anywhere in Limerick from here and leave your car parked in their private garage out back. Save the driving for out in the country as Limerick streets are tough to get around, especially if you aren't used to driving on the left
.
Bar, large lobby, Internet access, all the usual ammenities in the rooms.
95 Euro to 114 Euros for a double room.
Unique Quality: The view from our room on the top floor was stunning. Could see both up and down the Shannon for quite a ways. The roundabout was just below our window but room was soundproofed.
You could try some of the following hotels, all in the city center
1 - The Royal George, O' Connell St
2 - Jurys Hotel - Ennis Road
3 - South Court Hotel - Cork Rd
4 - Glentworth hotel - Glentworth st
5 - Kilmurry Lodge - Dublin rd (about 4 miles from the city center, near the university
Its pretty amazing how a 3-star hotel can be sometimes. When we stayed here, it was really warmth and cosy. And the good thing is the shops are only a stone's throw away!
Unique Quality: Carpark available!
Irish Punt 50.00
Unique Quality: Medium prices, within walking distance of the city center, family-friendly.

Wonderful hotel, just like you would expect in the United States. Parking does cost 7.5 Euro, but well worth it. My family was here during the Munster homecoming parade, after they won the European Rugby Tournament. We forgot our umbrellas and came in drenched from the rain, the staff graciously offered to bring us extra towels. All of the staff are very friendly, gracious, and helpful. We enjoyed a reasonably priced meal in the hotel pub. The rooms are very modern, clean, and conviently located near the downtown shopping. Internet access and coffee are both available in each room. In case you forget your adapter the staff also have a supply of adaptors which you may borrow. This hotel is highly reccomended by my entire family.
Good place to stay and has great location. Away from most of downtown ..but you still could walk there. Quality is about the same as a U.S. Sleep Inn or similar. The rooms are old..but not bad. I'd stay here again. Parking deck is behind the hotel. This is a very good thing since parking in Ireland is absolutely insane! Restaurant food in average. Expensive and not very tasty. Bar in hotel as well. Service was excellent though. Most of Ireland's hotels have great front desk help. Not like in the U.S.

Medium prices, within walking distance of the city center, family-friendly.
