Fron Waterford town the R675 runs south to Tramore bay,
a mainor road on the right leads in 4km to doimen. (signposted)

Ireland (like the UK) is well-used to visitors of all nationalities and from all over the world.
There is absolutely no reason to think anyone would not 'like' you or that you meet any unpleasantness as a visitor in Ireland, whatever your nationality.

If there's one thing Co. Waterford has it's plenty of very beautiful beaches and some fine beach resorts.
Ardmore is one of the nicer ones as the town is small and it never seems to be over crowded. I had almost forgotten that it existed until I read an article about it in....believe it or not.....Trip Advisor! I immediately decided it was time to jump in the car, drive the 35 miles or so down the road, and see what it was all about. I wasn't to be disappointed.
