Bolton House Hostel: Waterfords Worst Accomindation
I arrived a Waterford from Dublin asked my taxi driver to take me to Bolton House Hostel. He looked at me and said are you sure you want to stay there? I arrived at the hostel and was greeted by a very friendly man in a priests suit. He showed me to my bed. Olnly ý11 a night not bad I though. After close inspcetion of the hostel it was freezing no heating. No hot water. The sheets on the beds look like they had not been changed in weeks. The local people told me the man John Rochford was not a priest was infact an ex criminal and was very dangerous. I left the hostel afet 1 day and never retured. I found a nice B&B instead.
Unique Quality: In the heat of the city centre. Avoid at all cost. Know to local people as a homeless shelter not a tourist hostel as advertised.

Bed and Breakfast
I recommend private Bed & Breakfast or Guesthouse accomodation.
B&B price per person per night from 20 to 40 Euro.
Unique Quality: It is not the cheapest way of living, but there are various advantages which make your holiday unforgettable:
You get in contact with the locals and get a feeling for their way of life.
You get in contact with other tourists.
The cooked irish breakfast is excellent and keeps you full until the afternoon.
