Pub in New Ross?

I would like to find a good pub in New Ross to meet up for lunch with about 10 family members before we visit our family ancestral homes on the N25 between New Ross and Rosslare. I have heard Corcrans is nice but does anyone have an idea for another place in New Ross? Good food is required.

Kennedy Homestead

Patrick Kennedy, JFK’s great- grandfather, left Ireland in 1858. Distant relatives have turned the property into a little museum / shrine for Kennedy pilgrims. Physically, it’s not much: A barn and a wing of the modern house survive from 1858. JFK dropped in by helicopter in June of 1963, a few months before he was assassinated.

Probably not really a 'must', but maybe one or another is interested.

Check out the bronze statue of a Wexford Pikeman in the city centre. New Ross was the scene of fierce fighting during the 1798 Rebellion when a group of rebels tried to take the town. They were repelled by the defending British garrison, leaving 3,000 people dead and much of the town in ruins.
